Equipped with high-temperature economizer and low-temperature condenser, made of corrosion-resistant all 316L stainless steel, the exhaust temperature is as low as 55℃, the boiler is charged to absorb the latent heat value released by the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas, and the thermal efficiency reaches 100.1%.

Adopt advanced combustion process control technology to effectively suppress NOX production during the combustion process and meet the most stringent environmental protection requirements. NOX emissions are as low as 10mg/m3.

5. Free of use certificate, free of operation certificate, free of annual inspection

The water volume of the main body is less than 30L, and the pressure can reach 1.0/1.3/1.6MPa. According to the national regulations, the "Boiler Regulations" does not belong to the inspection scope of boilers and pressure vessels.

6. New 360° heat exchange flue gas process application

The combustion flue gas radiates the water pipes uniformly at 360°, so that each water pipe balances heat exchange, avoids local overheating and easy fouling and tube bursting, which better extends the service life of the equipment.

7. Low gas pressure combustion

It meets the minimum gas pressure of 1.8kpa and burns with slight positive pressure. It can operate stably in the face of pressure fluctuations in the pipe network, and is not affected by peak gas consumption.

8. Intelligent remote control system of Internet of Things

The boiler runs fully automatically, adopts 7-inch color touch screen, has a variety of adjustment and protection functions, and is simple to operate without special personnel on duty; the control system can realize group control and remote monitoring functions.
