1. Low NOX emissions

The body water volume is 48.2L. According to the "Boiler Regulations", boilers with a water volume less than 50L and a pressure not exceeding 0.8Mpa do not need to go through the procedures for use, do not need to go through the annual inspection, and do not need the operation certificate.

3. Equipped with integrated condensing heat exchanger

Equipped with high temperature economizer and low temperature condenser, the exhaust gas temperature is as low as 63 ℃, the boiler fully absorbs the latent heat value released by the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas, and the thermal efficiency reaches more than 100%.

4. Fully premixed combustion technology

The fully premixed combustion system mixes air and gas in an ideal ratio. After combustion, the heat radiation is transferred to the heat exchanger, and the heat intensity is uniform, ensuring higher combustion efficiency and environmentally friendly emissions.

5. Low gas pressure combustion

Low-pressure gas supply, slightly positive pressure combustion, stable operation in the face of pressure fluctuations in the pipe network, and not affected by peak gas consumption.

6. Intelligent control system

The boiler runs fully automatically, with a variety of adjustment and protection functions, and is simple to operate without special personnel on duty; the control system can realize group control and remote monitoring functions.

7. Rapid steam production

The boiler body adopts a small volume and high heat radiation design, and the steam generation time only takes 5 minutes, and the rated steam pressure can be reached in 10 minutes.

8. Scale automatic monitoring and alarm

The fouling condition of the tube wall is measured by monitoring the body exhaust gas temperature. When the internal fouling of the boiler is slight, it will automatically alarm, and when the fouling is serious, it will be forced to stop.

1. Boiler design and manufacturing are selected in accordance with the "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations".

2. The heating surface material and welding rod and wire used in the boiler should have a quality certificate.

3. Boiler manufacturing is carried out in accordance with JB/T1618 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Pressure Components of Boiler Shell Boilers".

4. Boiler welding is carried out in accordance with JB/T1613 "Technical Conditions for Welding Boiler Pressure Components".

5. The welding of boiler pressure components must be performed by welders who have passed the examination of "Examination and Management Rules for Welders of Boiler, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Pipe".

6. Boiler non-destructive flaw detection test According to JB/T4730 "pressure-bearing equipment non-destructive detection" and "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" Article 82, the welded seam should be 100% flaw detected, and the quality is not lower than II and qualified.

7. After the boiler is manufactured, it shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T1612 "Technical Conditions for Boiler Hydraulic Test", and the test pressure is 1.2MPa.
